Taking inspiration from the furniture commissioned by military officers living abroad in the late 18th and 19th century, campaign furniture was designed with the regal in mind, but with sturdy style for ease of travel. Grange’s Campaign Collection gives homage to this by-gone era of the exotic and adventurous: the simple lines and brass casters are perfect for effective storage and transport: heavy, hand-forged, solid brass hardware and corners provide extra protection; exotic acacia wood in an antiqued finish recalls the indigenous wood sourced from colonial outposts; while knockdown assembly of beds and desk permit space saving when on the move. Grange’s Campaign collection offers a desk, single or double file cabinets on casters, as well as a bedroom suite complete with storage bed.
